Brand new community housing option for the people of NSW

People residing in the state of New South Wales in Australia who were in constant search of affordable housing options finally have a reason to cheer. A non-profit organization called the North Coast Community Housing Company (NCCHC) has recently launched a social housing project in the region of the far North Coast. The project has been introduced specifically keeping the interests and the requirements of the residents and families of the region with low and moderate incomes, which cannot afford to spend money on lavish housings due to financial or physical constraints. NCCHC is one of the top community housing providers in NSW. It has quite a few successful housing projects under its belt.

At the moment, this nonprofit community housing provider NSW is managing more than 800 properties, that too in the North Coast region alone. The properties are spread across seven government areas of the region. The organization is in process of expanding its portfolio by sourcing stock transfers, acquiring new properties including the redeveloped ones and partnering with other local and national house building organizations.
People who want to apply for housing in the projects launched by NCCHC will have to meet certain sets of conditions before they can become eligible for housing with the organizations. One of the conditions is that you have to be an Australian citizen or have a permanent residency of the country. The individual must be at least 18 years old with no properties or assets in his or her name. The yearly income of such individuals should not be higher than the limit set for social housing in NSW.
